Clinical pharmacy Lead and oncology/hematology clinical pharmacist at the adult oncology unit-Tawam hospital UAE. SEHA residency program coordinator at tawam site. She also works as an adjunct assistant professor at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, United Arab Emirates University. She earned her BSc in Pharmacy from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Jordan University of Science and Technology-Jordan, then had her MSc degree in Clinical Pharmacy from UCL, school of pharmacy/UK. She conducted her clinical training at Barts and the London NHS hospital trust-London. Lina is board certified oncology pharmacist. She maintains a primary clinical practice in Tawam oncology unit, and leading the Medication use evaluation committees. Lina has been having a major role in optimizing patient care in addition to creating and updating the oncology protocols. During her career, Lina worked as a clinical pharmacist in different institutions. She established the clinical pharmacy services in the paediatric oncology ward at King Hussein cancer centre- Amman/Jordan. She has many publications in addition to different abstracts that had been presented in the UK clinical pharmacy association conference, the American Society of Health System Pharmacists association (ASHP), Emirates Oncology Conference, and in the Journal of Oncology Pharmacy Practice (JOPP). Finally, Lina is the principal pharmacist in a number of Phase III multinational RCTs which are involving investigational chemotherapeutic and targeted agents.
